Babes in London - A Fireborn Adventure

Babes in London is a piece of fan fiction--i.e. an unofficial fan-written adventure using the Fireborn rules and setting created by Fantasy Flight Games. It has in NO way been acknowledged or endorsed by Fantasy Flight Games. The Fireborn setting is currently being supported by a line of novels, and the rules and an official adventure,  The Fire Within can be purchased at RPGNow. 1. I am going to see about prepping and playing this adventure soon..
Any plans to finish it (eventually)? Or is the time investment just not really worth it anymore (?)

I can understand the legal issues concerning it, but it's a shame you can't get it published.
From a read through it always felt like a really good adventure, with only minor rough edges for in play (not story) that could use some revision, but nothing mayor.

I wish Fantasy Flight didn't just drop their rpg's like a brick so often and quickly.
I know money is a concern, but they still seem happy enough to try new franchises even less popular then this one.

    1. I would love to say it will be finished soon - but I won't. In spite of my original intentions, I've had to prioritise paying projects and study over this one. The end is outlined, but I have to find it a nook of time... or fit it in around the rest. All I can promise is that I will try.

With the rough edges for play - I'd be interested to hear about those. I did buy a GM the books so they could playtest without author bias, but life happened to them, and I've had no takers since. I think I have a warning to that effect, though - let me know if it's not there.

  2. As a sidenote:
I was wondering if there is a Tipjar or paypal donation thing to possibly support writing projects such as this.
As your not getting anything out of it directly, at least would be nice if there is a way to show some support in a more general way.

    1. A Tipjar would be good, but then I'd be making a profit, so I can't. Your comments are enough support, and I appreciate them.
